Questions about your order, the bar, or whether it will work on your wall — email us and a person answers.

Where's my order? Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Orders normally arrive 4–7 business days after they ship.
Can I return it? Yes — 60 days, full refund. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
Will it stick to my wall? It needs a smooth, flat, non-porous surface: ceramic and porcelain tile, glass, acrylic, fibreglass panels and glazed stone all work. It will not hold on textured or patterned tile, unsealed natural stone, drywall or painted plaster. The part people miss: each 3.75″ cup has to sit completely on ONE tile. If your tiles are smaller than 4″, or a cup would land across a grout line, it cannot seal.
How much weight will it hold? It is a steadying and balance aid, not a full body-weight anchor — that is the manufacturer's own guidance for every suction-cup bar on the market, ours included. Use it to steady yourself stepping in, turning and stepping out. If you need something rated to take your entire weight or to stop a fall, you need a bar bolted through into studs, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.
It feels loose. A vacuum seal relaxes over time, and steam and soap film speed that up. Flip both levers up, wipe the tile and the cups completely dry, press it back on and push the levers down. About ten seconds, and it is back to full hold. Give it a firm push before each use, the same way you would test a ladder.
Something arrived damaged, or a cup stopped sealing. Email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement under the 5-year warranty. No claim process.
